Tony’s passion is to help leaders and future leaders learn, grow, and change. His job is to provide coaching and facilitation support to client groups, individuals, and teams.

He has more than 25 years of international business and consulting experience with large multi-national organizations, primarily in leadership development, talent management, learning and development. He has held senior positions with many global firms, including GE, Novartis, and Roche.

Tony’s extensive client experience includes engagements with: Gilead, AbbVie, Roche, Baxalta, Deutsche Telekom, UBS, Lloyds Bank Group, SwissRe, Philipp Morris International, Rolls Royce, and Varo Energy.

He has recently sharpened his entrepreneurial skills as a co-founder and director of a successful start-up business in Switzerland. The experience has given him a huge appreciation of the challenges of running a business.

Tony holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Ashridge Business School, and a Master of Business Administration from Bradford University, both in the United Kingdom. He is also certified in Appreciative Inquiry.
