Lizzy coordinates the delivery of Interaction Associates’ services, ensuring that IA clients and consultants are aligned and set up for success. She appreciates working for an organization focused on collaborative work and her mission is to bring the company’s core values to all she does, both in the office and in her personal life.

Lizzy has nearly a decade of experience in customer service and client relations with a variety of fast-paced companies. Her prior roles in volunteer management, brand development, and organizational leadership served as the operational backbone in planning and executing hundreds of events in the outdoor endurance arena.

When she’s not working, Lizzy can be found exploring in the mountains with her husband or planning her next ultramarathon. She is passionate about land stewardship and volunteers for local environmental organizations to protect the outdoor spaces she so deeply appreciates. She is also in the process of writing her first book, but that’s a story for another day.

Lizzy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Skidmore College.
