Working in the field of leadership and organization development for 25+ years, Kris helps clients fashion learning and change management solutions that enable them to:

• Establish enterprise-wide partnerships
• Execute product innovation and development initiatives
• Develop strategic, business and operational plans
• Build enterprise-wide peer and managerial coaching programs

As a consultative facilitator, Kris designs and facilitates strategy sessions with innovation project teams, executive teams, and boards of directors. Her clients include government, financial services, healthcare and manufacturing companies and agencies.

Prior to joining IA as a Director, Client Solutions, Kris served on the executive team of the Center for Creative Leadership in the role of Vice President, Commercialization and Innovation.

Kris is an adjunct university instructor, teaching business policy and strategy, business communications, and marketing. She is also an executive coach, challenging business leaders to answer tough questions about business strategy and critical issues. Kris has a BS in Marketing from Indiana State University and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Wake Forest University.
