As a member of Interaction Associates’ senior management team, Jen’s mission is to oversee the daily operations of the accounting team, monitor and analyze accounting data, and provide accurate financial reports.

Prior to joining Interaction Associates, Jen was an accounting manager/controller for a few software companies, including FIS and Bottomline Technologies. As a business partner, she was responsible for driving the month-end process, budgeting and forecasting, enhancement of financial statement preparation, and internal review processes.

Jen often finds herself helping out at the school both of her daughters attended for more than nine years, despite not having a current student enrolled there.

Jen claims that “Desired Outcomes” statements have truly changed her meetings, and even uses them with her daughters!

Jen holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Rivier University in New Hampshire.
