Glenna’s passion is to help leaders at all levels develop their capacity for self and collective leadership. She is a specialist in strategic thinking, effective dialogue, and creating strong business results through engagement and collaboration.

This expertise includes developing self-awareness, EQ, executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to create environments where people take initiative and share responsibility for creating value by offering the best of themselves to support the well-being of the living systems of which they are members.

Glenna has been affiliated with Interaction Associates since 1992 and has been designing and facilitating leadership programs of various types and levels for more than 30 years. Glenna pioneered the development of dialogue and its application in organizations in the United States. She has also worked inside corporations as a technical specialist, a sales manager, and a business manager in the medical and industrial chemical industries.

Glenna’s favorite outside-of-work individual activities are engaging with nature: hiking, kiteboarding, walking on the beach, swimming in the sea. She also loves creating guided experiences in nature to support people in connecting with themselves and clarifying the ‘what’s next?’ transitions in their lives.

Glenna’s extensive client experience includes engagements with: Cisco Systems, Inc., Intel, University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Center for Collective Wisdom, Alcatel-Lucent, JDA Software, Inc., Dell, and SAP.

She is the co-author of “Dialogue: Rediscover the Transforming Power of Conversation, and has presented at numerous local and national conferences for professional associations.

Glenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology and Chemical Engineering from Columbia University in New York City.
