For more than 30 years he has consulted across the globe in many areas of expertise, include leadership, facilitation, strategic thinking, team building, coaching, presentation skills, diversity, and cultural competence. He has worked with Interaction Associates since 1997.

Ford’s extensive client experience includes engagements with: LVMH, Roche-Genentech, General Electric, Facebook, DocuSign, Comcast, TJX, Relativity, Dell, Sandia, Experian, Exelon, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merck, General Mills, Kaiser Permanente, Capital One Bank, and Sanofi-Aventis.

Outside of work, you’ll find Ford on the sidelines watching his children perform athletic feats. With some easy research, you’ll discover videos of his weight-lifting champion daughter and his lefty ace pitcher son.

Ford holds a master’s degree in Ethnic Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a minor in African-American Studies, from the University of California Berkeley. He was a University pre-doctoral Humanities Fellow.
