Bruce’s mission is to help individuals, organizations, and community groups build alignment, increase their leadership and collaborative capabilities, optimize performance, and manage change. He delivers training, consulting, facilitation, and coaching services for Interaction Associates and the Interaction Institute for Social Change.

In addition to his client work, Bruce has been a leader in the nonprofit sector for more than 30 years. He’s been an instructor, course director, and program director for the Colorado Outward Bound School, been the executive director of two northern California environmental organizations, and served on several Marin-based nonprofit boards.

Bruce’s client engagements have included CapitalOne, Chevron, Fireman’s Fund, Hewlett Packard, Kaiser Permanente, Progressive Insurance, University of Alberta, San Francisco State University, San Francisco Unified School District, and United Way of the Bay Area.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Colorado College, and is an Alumnus Fellow of the Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
