Profile

David has over 13 years’ experience in the adult training field, having taught in the non-traditional adult classroom as well as the corporate training environment.

Additionally, he has experience in curriculum development, class programming, and business development. Most recently, David implemented a statewide education program bridging GED to college attainment for those re-entering society from incarceration.

His favorite IA practice is facilitating agreement and utilizing the Open, Narrow, Close (ONC) model to lead discussions and finalize decisions.

David holds a M.A. in Adult Education and Executive Development for Public Service.
