Some employees need more hands-on support. Others need room to find their way. An agile manager knows when to step in, when to step back, and how to do both. This agility guides team members to greater accountability and better performance.
In this 45-minute session, you’ll learn a proven framework for helping managers calibrate their level of managerial strategy based on common profiles that you likely experience as a manager. Whether you tend to over-manage or under-engage, this webinar will help you find the right balance.

You can take this and receive an overview of the employee profiles. Then attend this webinar where we'll dive deeper into each one and provide expert tips on how best to manage them.
You’ll walk away with a tool you can use immediately to:
Why this matters:
This webinar won’t suggest adding more work to your plate. It’s about managing smarter so your team gets what they need to perform, grow, and stay engaged.
