#### **COVID-19 Response from Interaction Associates and CEO Barry Rosen**

In communities and businesses across the globe, people are working together to address local COVID-19 threats. Thank you to all public health leaders and professionals for doing your best to keep us safe and informed.

We may be less able to congregate in-person these days, but we can still solve problems together when we put our hearts and minds behind the effort – on our business teams, across organizations, and in local action groups.

**We aim to do our part.** As you may know, Interaction Associates (IA) trains people in organizations and communities to *work better together*. Over 1 million people have learned The Interaction Method™, a facilitated approach to building understanding, fashioning informed agreements, and taking concerted action around the things that matter most.

**Essential Skills for Virtual Workplace Collaboration
**In the wake of this global event, we’ve put together a series of online, instructor-led mini-courses focused on [Essential Skills for Virtual Collaboration](https://www.interactionassociates.com/hubfs/Action%20Accelerators/Essential%20Skills%20for%20Virtual%20Collaboration.pdf).

We are also providing:

- [Free webinars](https://www.interactionassociates.com/resources/ondemand-webinars) on collaborative leadership and teamwork topics
- [Free coaching and consultation services](https://www.interactionassociates.com/coaching) to Learning and Development professionals and leaders who are helping company employees to transition to home-based work
- Price discounts on our popular [Learning Programs](https://www.interactionassociates.com/training)

**To Our Clients
**Your IA Sales Director will reach out to you over the next few days to see how we can help out. Feel free to call them anytime (read: anytime).

**Back to the Big Picture
**Human beings share collaborative DNA. During times like these, we lean in to help each other get to safe harbor. Interaction Associates is here to help.
