Nina has been with IA for 11 years and has held various roles on the Operations team. She currently manages the implementation of client projects and performs other duties as they relate to client needs and expectations. She is the point of contact for requests and concerns for all of her clients. She resolves any issues that come up that might impede the delivery of exceptional client service, and ensures that senior associates have all the necessary information to complete project deliverables.
Nina uses her understanding of IA's services, strategies, and experience from previous projects to facilitate communications with internal and external clients. Nina maintains strong relationships, keeps promises, and communicates important information to project leaders.
