July 11, 2008 - A new Interaction Associates case study shows how STP Nuclear Operating Plant used leadership development innovations from Interaction Associates to develop leaders [1]and turn its performance around in record time. In 1993, the company went from being shut down by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to being a world-class facility less than two years later. The case study describes how leadership itself was identified as the source of the company's poor performance, and the specific steps STP took to develop leaders [1]who could lead a collaborative, thriving culture that has sustained itself into the present.
