During Michael's 15 years with IA, he has been a trainer, facilitator, coach and collaboration consultant to clients in high-tech, retail, healthcare and financial services, as well as local, state and federal governments. Most recently, Michael has led the 're-invention' of IA's model for delivering value to our clients, using emerging technologies to help our clients gain more value and impact from IA's collaborative tools and strategies. He now consults to the company.

On Working at IA

The dominant organizations of the future (and some might say the present) are for-profit companies and corporations. My work at IA is to help make those organizations the kinds of places I would want my child to work, where human values are an integral part of the new 'bottom line' and sustainability is a source of competitive advantage, not a tradeoff. I also work here so I can be with an innovative group of very smart, very fun people: it keeps me alive!
