Kevin has nearly three decades of experience helping organizations to achieve their objectives by developing leaders and managers. He has coached and consulted with hundreds of executives, teams and organizations across the globe. He is the co-author of "Lemonade, the Leader's Guide to Resilience at Work." Kevin holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, where he also has served on the faculty. Kevin manages the global consultant network and is a member of the senior management team at Interaction Associates.
