Bell is a Director of Client Solutions and has served two terms on IA's Board of Directors.  Bell has worked in the fields of Learning and Organizational Development for thirty years, in a variety of roles.  She has experience as a trainer, facilitator, project manager, department manager, team leader, consultant and sales professional. . She holds a BA in English from Pennsylvania State University and an MA in English from Carnegie-Mellon University.
