On Working at IA
I am proud to be part of an organization that not only believes in collaborative action for our clients, but strives every day to model our mission internally. We practice what we preach so I can personally attest to the values of our tools and models, which is so important to me when I work with clients.

What I Care About
I care about the lives around me and believe that everyone on this earth should be treated with human dignity and respect. Knowing that we all face challenges in our lives, we need to be kinder to each other. That starts with a commitment to understanding ourselves better and being more gentle with what we discover, knowing that tomorrow we will try again to do better.
