(BOSTON, MA) Interaction Associates, a 40-year global innovator in leadership development and learning, has announced it has named Shannon Ward as Director, Client Solutions in its San Francisco, CA office.

"Her extensive business development experience, with 15 years of consulting and forming strategic client relationships, make her a significant new member of our team. She has helped organizations in the Global 2000, Fortune 500, and emerging organizations worldwide."Prior to joining Interaction Associates, Ward served in senior account management roles for Wilson Learning Worldwide, Educational Multimedia Corporation, NETg—National Education Training Group, Knowledge Anywhere, Xerox Corporation and Syntro, Inc. Most recently, she was a Senior Account Manager for ProExhibits in Sunnyvale, CA, a full-service event company known for its exceptional customer service rating. 

Shannon is multi-lingual and holds a BA in International Studies and a BA in Spanish from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. She completed overseas studies in both Spain and New Zealand. Shannon’s community involvement includes past volunteer work in the Kidney Dialysis unit at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View.  Most recently, she was in the Big Brother Big Sister program for more than seven years.
