Interaction Associates Sponsors ICCO Coaching Symposium

Boston, MA.  April 18, 2012 – The challenges of growing talent and leading in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world is the focus of an international coaching symposium that Interaction Associates will sponsor and participate in over two days in May in Boston.

The event is for the International Consortium for Coaching In Organizations (ICCO), a coaching professional organization made up of coaching program managers, coaches, educators, researchers and coaching firms. The ICCO symposium will take place May 24 and 25, 2012, at the offices of Wellington Management, 280 Congress St., Boston, MA.

At the symposium, senior executives from Baystate Medical Center, Biogen Idec , John Deere, and Wolters Kluwer will present case studies illustrating the topic: "Coaching During VUCA Times."

This unique, two-day event allows participants to experience hands-on work in an intimate and interactive manner.  Through four provocative case studies and facilitated reflective conversation, attendees will explore how to grow talent and be a leader in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous times --- in the context of leadership development and executive coaching.

The ICCO symposium also will provide participants with an opportunity to explore practices, frameworks and solutions that organizations may use to maintain and grow a leadership bench into the future.  Attendance is limited to 35.
