Interaction Associates Sponsors HCI Talent Management for Health Care Conference

Cambridge, MA – Interaction Associates has announced it will sponsor the 2010 Talent Management for Healthcare Conference, taking place in Houston, TX April 19, 20 and 21, 2010.

Interaction Associates will demonstrate its leadership development capabilities to conference participants in its session, “Next Practices” and Best Practices in Learning and Development at Kaiser Permanente.

The conference will address challenges affecting every stage of the talent life cycle, from “strategy and execution” with must-know information on workforce planning to the efficient deployment of scarce skills throughout the organization. In this one-hour session, participants will learn how Kaiser Permanente tailors skill development to support behaviors that sustain strategic business outcomes, and how they flexibly deliver leadership development in a variety of ways, using a web-based learning and collaboration platform from Interaction Associates.
