IA Names Lori Perlstadt Chief Sales Officer

May 30, 2012 - Lori Perlstadt has been named Chief Sales Officer of Interaction Associates (IA), a 43-year leadership development innovator that helps organizations drive business success by building high-involvement cultures. Perlstadt brings fifteen years of successful experience in building, leading and motivating high performance sales teams that consistently broke company records for growth, diversification and revenue.

As Chief Sales Officer at IA, Perlstadt will play a pivotal role in accelerating IA's global growth strategy and execution. She joins the firm's Strategic Leadership Team, working in partnership with the CEO and financial, consulting, marketing, and operations leaders. Perlstadt has deep experience in sales, business development, and marketing in a variety of industries. Perlstadt formerly served in a variety of senior executive roles for M Squared Consulting, Inc., in San Francisco, She has also held senior Marketing and Business Development positions at Pacific Bell, Inc., and E&J Gallo Winery.
Perlstadt holds an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, and a BA from Goucher College. She has director positions on the boards of the Nepalese Youth Foundation and Congregation Beth El.
