On Working at IA
Working with colleagues and customers who become dear friends — what could possibly be better?
More About Me
I live in Belmont, California with my five children and husband, Brian. Ever the soccer mom, I spend many of my weekends flying around the country, watching games (not so quietly from the sidelines), with the likely-inflated notion that, "Yes, indeed, at least one of my children will play professional soccer one day!"
Recommended Books
Books: Know-How: The 8 Skills That Separate People Who Perform from Those Who Don't by Ram Charan, How the Way We Talk Can Change the Way We Work: Seven Languages for Transformation, by Robert Kegan, The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd, and House of Belonging, by David White.
Magazines: If you only manage to read two to-three magazines a month? "The Economist," "Fast Company," and "Business 2.0." Want a quick review of major issues with even handed points of view? "The Week."
What I Care About
I want to: raise compassionate, self-reliant children with great self esteem; stop organizational and interpersonal pain by teaching people to think more strategically and communicate more effectively; and be a good friend and colleague.
