Professional Profile

As Manager, Business Operations Analysis, Laura is responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity She works directly with the sales team to provide support around forecasting and maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.  Laura is responsible for managing our CRM system and maintains the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, dashboards and reports.  In addition, Laura manages our Lead Generation function and guides the sales team in entering accurate lead and pipeline forecasts.
