For more than 15 years, Justin has led organization development and change initiatives among Fortune 500, government and non-profit organizations.  Justin specializes in process design and facilitation, executive coaching, and the development of practical leadership skills. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell College in English and French Literature and a Master’s Degree from the University of Denver in Organizational Leadership and Communication.

What I Care About

We live in very interesting times. I am optimistic that globalization—for all its pains and challenges—is indeed bringing us closer together, toward a new human community our parents could not have imagined. I'm thrilled to be a part of this conversation, and to help my son find his voice and path of contribution in our world.

More About Me

Our son, Donovan, keeps me plenty and happily busy at home. When it’s "me time," I can either be found running along one of Colorado’s many beautiful trails or curled up with the newest download on my Kindle.  My reading of late has been focused on emerging learning in the field of neuroscience with interesting implications for possibilities in human thought and action.
