On Working at IA
IA's mission is about helping people in organizations realize their most noble aspirations. Working at IA has provided me the platform and opportunity to do just that. Whether coaching a leader, launching a team, or helping to design and facilitate a change effort, all my assignments have asked the best of me — and helped me meet my own needs for contribution, meaning, and self-expression.
More About Me
I'm currently developing a cadre of task-focused group facilitators in Israel (Jewish and Arab). I enjoy writing and recording songs of various types — mostly folk rock and country & western.

What I Care About
I believe that we, as human beings, are responsible for caring for the planet — for leaving our little neck of the woods in better shape than when we came. In order to take that responsibility, people must have the opportunity to learn, to make a living, and to express themselves without fear of retribution. That philosophy guides my work.
